DEVICE FOR SEPARATION OF PALLETS FROM SHELLS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: small arms, applicable in "bullpulp"-type weapon.

SUBSTANCE: the device is positioned on a small-shot gun having a muffler installed above and in parallel with the barrel and receiver, and has a compensator chamber of two channeled halves interconnected by a longitudinal hinge. The muffler body has extracting lugs made for their passage at opening of the longitudinal hinge through the through holes made on the movable half of the compensator chamber with a spring-loaded safety lever installed inside it, the compensator chamber is made integral with a gas pipe reducer connecting the barrel muzzle end and the muffler body space, positioned on part of the muffler projecting out the compensator chamber are longitudinal slides - guides for the forward movable weapon fore end kinematically linked with the hinge of the compensator chamber.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of separation of the pallet from the shell at a shot and prevents its sticking.
