FIELD: non-destructive inspection.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used for checking quality of welded joints, detecting cracks, measuring thickness of walls and so on. Device is additionally provided with bath with bed for placing item to be checked and contact liquid storing container connected with bath. Container is mounted for change the position relatively level of bottom of the bath. Container can occupy two working positions: at one position the bottom is disposed lower than bottom of bath, and at the other position - higher than level of bottom of the bath.
EFFECT: improved precision and quality of inspection.
