FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating echo-signal spectrum and color mapping on color display unit. Amplitude spectrum is estimated on distinct depth intervals for each beam position in process of scanning in selected biological tissue area. The echo-signals are divided into low frequency, medium frequency and high frequency components in three filtration channels. Then, two-dimensional biological tissue image is formed in elements of which echo-signal amplitude spectrum estimation results are mapped using various color tints.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
