FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should apply two probes - electrodes. Moreover, papillotomic probe should be applied through biliary ducts into duodenum. Cutting element should be placed at 11 o'clock. The second, acicular electrode should be applied through duodenum towards cutting element. Between electrodes one should dissect stricture of major papilla duodeni. In peculiar case, when it is impossible to apply papillotomic probe through papilla it is necessary to protrude papilla's wall with this probe. Then one should apply the second electrode through duodenoscope to dissect tissues above prominence and apply papillotomic probe.
EFFECT: decreased traumatism of antegrade papillotomia.
