FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with restoring adequate biliary outflow at disorders in terminal choledochal department and choledocholithiasis. In case of the latter and stenosis of major papilla duodeni one should perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Duodenoscopy is conducted. Sphincter of major papilla duodeni is dissected with papillotome. Moreover, one should apply a needle-type papillotome by introducing it through endoscope's working canal. Before dissecting the sphincter one should antegradely introduce a fluoroplastic probe through cystic duct into duodenum. Sphincter is dissected on a probe. The method enables to remove thermal impact upon posterior wall of a papilla's ampoule and mouth of pancreatic duct. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 5 dwg, 2 ex
