Mucous-submucous layer of the BDS ampoule roof is dissected from the transient fold to the mouth, the incision is deepened by 7 mm with the condition of preserving the muscular sphincter apparatus, the edges of the incision are extended to complete visualization of the operative field - providing opening of the BDS ampoule lumen by decompressing the pancreatic duct system.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the number of repeated sanations and operations.
