FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. Periomphalic approach is 4–5 cm long. Three laparoscopic ports are placed at a distance from each other without using a single laparoscopic approach device. Cystic duct is separated. It is clipped at the neck. Cystic duct is opened with scissors below the clip. Through a left trocar, a clamust is used to fix a gallbladder and through a formed hole a choledochoscope is passed through the right trocar. If observing a stenosis of the greater duodenal papilla, a laser light guide or an end papillotome is inserted through the working channel of the choledochoscope. A papillotomy is performed under visual choledochoscopic control. Choledochoscope is removed. Cystic duct is clipped and crossed. A gall bladder is removed.
EFFECT: method enables performing the antegrade papillotomy before the gall bladder removal through the single laparoscopic approach, without the use of special ports, special laparoscopic instruments, additional X-ray equipment and duodenal control, and improved visual control.
