SUBSTANCE: full layer cut is performed on the top of the alveolar ridge and gingival sulcus. The mucoperiosteal flap is separated, the bone tissue is separated. In the bone defect area, "bioOST XENOGRAFT Collagen" osteoplastic material moistened with physiological saline, is placed in the volume one third of the defect size. Further, a 200-kDa chitosan membrane is placed over the osteoplastic material to cover it up to the contact with the bone. From the side of the bone defect or defects, "bioOST CORTICAL Lamina" cortical plate is vertically installed and fixed to the bone tissue with bone titanium pins. The incision wound is closed.

EFFECT: method provides complete regeneration of bone tissue according to the intramembrane type of ossification with an ordered arrangement of newly formed bone beams by using a complex of biomaterials laid in a certain way.
