FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves forming reinforced artificial enamel layer on the oral tooth surface side, artificial dentine, reinforced artificial enamel layer on the vestibular tooth surface side and cutting tooth edge. Metal or gold-plated rectangular net is used for reinforcing, rectangle width is selected to match crown part defect width and its length being not less than twice as high as the crown part height. The net is shaped as a surface coupled with root base cavity surface for reinforcing the root base. Transverse wires are withdrawn from net fixed in advance in the cavity at the level of 1-1.2 mm below the cutting tooth edge for reinforcing the artificial enamel layer on the vestibular tooth surface side. Vertical net wires are bent towards the vestibular tooth surface and their ends are placed in root base cavity.

EFFECT: high strength of tooth walls; long service life under chewing loading.
