FIELD: medicine; stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: defect surface is cleaned from demineralised tissues. Retention points are formed on palatal (oral) and vestibular surfaces on coronal part. Coronal part contour is formed. Shaped contour cavity has depth 0.5 mm, indented 1-2 mm from palatal (oral) surface borders of reconstructed coronal part. Reinforcing cage made of dental gilt metal grid is fixed within contour cavity. Cage is fixed in contour cavity by means of macrofiled composite material. Anatomical form of coronal part is finally reconstructed within contour cavity.
EFFECT: method allows increasing of reliability and durability of reconstructed tooth.
