FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming fulcrum on the boundary separating the middle and back one-third of anteroposterior size of adjacent vertebra closing plate. Two levers of different-length arms in optimum proportion of 2:1 are created. Longer lever arm is arranged in ventral position. Interbody space is stretched in extension position corresponding to physiological extension limit. Additional distraction is created in posterior regions of the interbody space by acting with levers of different-length arms around the fulcrum in eliminating extension state. Posterior longitudinal ligament stress and posterior portion of fibrous ring stress and stable fragments setting are achieved.
EFFECT: prevented recurrence of spinal cord compression.
