FIELD: methods of cleaning of different hollow items inner surfaces.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of cleaning of inner surfaces of different hollow items, in particular, to cleaning of pipelines from sedimentations and ensures an increase of efficiency of the cleaning at simultaneous expansion of the field of their usage. The method includes pumping of the cleaning medium through the internal cavity of the hollow items and creation in the hollow items cavities filling medium of high-pressure shock waves by formation at the cavities inlets of the impact pulses of the main or additional cleaning mediums. Formation of the required impact pulses-repetition frequency and their amplitudes is realized in the range correspondingly of 1-1000 Hz, 4-1000 kfs/cm2, supplying by a pulsator through a control unit last with usage of the computer programs. The device for realization of the method contains a pulsator made in the form of a rotor with a drive and a stator located coaxially to the rotor - both made correspondingly in the form of the solid cylinder with a central hole and the hollow cylinder with radial holes, At that the a control unit of the pulsator consists of an impact pulses frequency control unit connected to the drive of the rotor, and a control unit of their amplitudes value.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increase of efficiency of the hollow items cleaning at simultaneous expansion of the field of the method application.
