SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of rolling at controlling temperature and deformation rate at rolling in temperature range of super-plasticity; controlling temperature of rolled portion of blank and subjecting it to heat treatment; combining rolling process and out-of-contact super-plastic deformation of rolled portion of blank while selecting values of deformation rate at rolling and temperature of rolled portion of blank.
EFFECT: enhanced uniformity of material structure of part.
