FIELD: construction industry, in particular, equipment for manufacture of heat-insulating products.

SUBSTANCE: mixer has cylindrical shell, bottom, cover made in the form of hermetically sealed hatch, pressurized air supplying device, discharge device, drive shaft with gland protecting system and disk with blades, said disk being fixed on drive shaft. Pressurized air supplying device is positioned between bottom and disk and is made in the form of set of cylindrical rings positioned axially of shaft so as define cavities between rings, as well as between bottoms of rings or disk and rings. Beginning from shaft, rings are alternatively fixed on bottom. Remaining rings are fixed on disk. Cylindrical ring second from axis of shaft is manufactured from, for example, fluoropolymer, is fixed for displacement axially of shaft and is provided with additional device. Bottom has opening for supplying of pressurized air to site under disk and under ring second from axis of shaft.

EFFECT: homogeneous porous structure, reduced volumetric weight of mixture, enhanced reliability in operation owing to increased service life of drive shaft with gland protecting system.
