FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: column head for pressurization of well mouth includes body with flanges, wedge support and packing assembly, comprising upper and lower pressing rings, between which compactor is placed. Column head is additionally provided with two supporting semi-rings and tightening pins. Supporting semi-rings are positioned below lower pressing ring with support on wedge support. Upper and lower pressing rings are made in form of two mutually symmetrical detachable semi-rings. In semi-rings of lower pressing ring tightening pins are rigidly fixed. In semi-rings of upper pressing ring through apertures are made for letting through tightening pins. Compactor is made with through apertures, analogical to through apertures of upper pressing ring, and cut in one place along whole height at 45 degrees angle. Places of connection of semi-rings of upper and lower pressing rings are displaced relatively to one another for 90 degrees, and instead of compactor cut - for 45 degrees relatively to any of pressing rings.

EFFECT: possible replacement of packing assembly while fountain is open, lower laboriousness of mounting/dismounting of column head.
