FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed two-section rotary positive-displacement machine contains two-section housing with inner cylindrical surface of each section forming space of working section and with intake and exhaust ports. Rotor is installed in each section of housing for rotation. Rotor is provided with two blades radially extended for sealed contact with inner cylindrical surface of working section. Closer with through slot over entire length is installed in each section. Rotor is arranged inside closer, and blade is brought out through slot. Axis of rotation of rotor is aligned with geometric axis of inner cylindrical surface of each section. Blades are fixed on rotor. Closer is made in form of thin-walled tubular member being freely fitted in space of each section. Elements to provide sealed contact of walls and working surfaces of blades are arranged in walls of slot of tubular member. Blade is made with at least one concave working surface. Said elements are wedge-shaped from side in contact with said surface. Blades are mounted on rotor opposite to each other, and spaces pf section are connected by branch pipe.
EFFECT: improved operation reliability and service life of machine.
