FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion rotary engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has rotor with radial slots fitted on shaft with vanes installed for reciprocating in rotor slots, and also combustion chambers and stator. Stator contains coaxial cylindrical tubular member of larger and smaller diameters between which ring members with wavy surfaces forming crest and troughs are arranged. Wavy surfaces are pointed to each other, being equidistant, and they form working chambers together with outer surface of cylindrical tubular member of smaller diameter, inner surface of cylindrical tubular member of larger diameter and surface of rotor. Inlet and outlet channels are made with alternation in every second crest of ring members with wavy surfaces. Combustion chambers are made in form of hollow cylinders divided by partitions into two sections installed radially for rotation in crests of ring members with wavy surfaces free from inlet and outlet channels. Inlet and outlet ports are made in each section of combustion chamber. Delivery and exhaust holes are made in ring members with wavy surfaces in zone of inlet and outlet ports. Sectors secured on rotor engage with transfer members in contact with combustion chamber to turn it through 180°.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of axial rotary-vane engine.
