ARRANGEMENT FOR DETERMINATION OF SPEED OF IMPULSE FLOW OF SPRAYED LIQUID Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: the invention refers to experimental hydrodynamics of impulse dispersed flows and may be used in propulsion engineering for valuation of speed of fuel-air currents at injecting fuel.

SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a generator of impulse flow of sprayed liquid, one after one located sources of light emanation for transmission of the last one through sections of impulse flow of sprayed liquid, optical systems opposed to the sources of light emanation, photosensors, blocks of logarithmators, blocks of intergration. At that the outputs of photosensors are connected with the inputs of blocks of logarithmators, the outputs of which are connected with the inputs of the first and the second blocks of integration, and the inputs of the blocks of integration are connected with output of the generator of impulse flow of sprayed liquid, block N of comparators, the first input of which is connected with the output of the first block of integration and the outputs are connected to the inputs of the block N of timers and the block N of divisors. The outputs of the block N of timers are connected to inputs of block N of divisors. In the arrangement there are a block of difference of signals, the inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the blocks of integration; the first storage block, the first input of which is connected with the output of the block of difference of signals, and the second input is connected with output of the generator of impulse flow of sprayed liquid; the second storage block the first input of which is connected with the output of the second block of integration and the second input is connected with the generator of impulse flow of sprayed liquid; a generator of tact impulses the output of which is connected to the third input of the first storage block and to the third input of the second storage block and the input is connected to the output of the generator of impulse flow of sprayed liquid. The outputs of the second storage block are connected with the rest inputs of the block N of comparators and with the rest inputs of the block N of timers.

EFFECT: the declared invention allows to determine impartially the speed of the impulse flow of sprayed liquid through two sections on the predetermined distance one from another for all moments of time of transportation of that flow.
