SUBSTANCE: prepared and prepackaged in containers fruits is sluiced with boiling water containing additionally 0.2-0.5 mass % based on can mass preparation, obtained from biomass of Mortierella dichlotoma micromycete according to claimed technology.

EFFECT: target product with improved organoleptic characteristics and reduced corrosion activity.
