SUBSTANCE: in claimed method prepared raw material is crushed and sterilized by using myscelle obtained by extraction of biomass of Mortierella verticillata micromycete with liquefied gas. Decantation is carried out in gas stream, exhausted after decompression.

EFFECT: target product with improved organoleptic characteristics and increased content of bioactive substances.
