SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of agent for protection of body against effect of different factors of environment. The sanitation-prophylactic agent comprises the following components: bee wax, propolis, quartz sand and an alcoholic extract of medicinal vegetable raw consisting of sage, Saint-John's-wort, common wormwood, arborescent aloe, common immortelle, oak bark, mushroom Inonotus obliquus, peppermint and lovage. All components are enclosed into capsule that is opened from one side. Also, invention proposes a method for preparing sanitation-prophylactic agent that involves mixing components of agent, boiling and pouring into capsule. Agent is poured into capsule in two tightly adjoining layers being a layer containing a mixture of bee wax and sand is poured firstly followed by its cooling and applying a spiral picture by pressing in by deepness 0.5 mm and then the second layer containing a mixture of bee wax, propolis and alcoholic extract of medicinal vegetable raw is poured being height of the second layer is lower of upper rim of capsule by 1 mm. Thickness of each layer is 2-2.5 mm. Applying the capsule-enclosed agent provides protection of the human body against effect of environment factors being without effect on vitally important processes in the human body. Agent enhances working ability, improves sleep and reduces petulance.
