FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: in a process of isolation of synthetic polyisoprene rubber from solution in hydrocarbon solvent by water degassing conducted on crumb-former and degasser by way of mixing polymerizate with hot circulation water and water steam, including also withdrawal of evolved degassing gases to be further condensed, isolation of rubber from resulting aqueous dispersion and drying thereof, novelty consists in that polymerizate and part of hot circulation water in amounts 10 to 30 wt % (only polymerizate calculated), prior to be fed into crumb-former, are subjected to intensive mixing and then fed into crumb-former under turbulent flow conditions, while the rest of circulation water and steam are fed directly into crumb-former.
EFFECT: reduced power expenses on isolation of rubber and improved quality of polyisoprene due to maximally removed hydrocarbons from polymer.
