FIELD: magnetic measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: magnetic field fiber-optic transducer has light source, device for introducing light into optical fiber mounted in first arm of coupled Y-shaped optic fiber, magneto-optic material placed at edge of non-coupled part of optical fiber, photoreceiver placed in second arm of coupled part of optical fiber. Mode filter is disposed between optical fiber and magneto-optic material. Magneto-optic material is composed of two films with different saturation magnetization.

EFFECT: improved precision of measurement; lower requirements to parameters of magneto-optic material.
