SUBSTANCE: prepared raw material is crushed and sterilized using myscelle obtained by extraction of biomass of Mortierella minutissima micromycete with liquefied gas selected from claimed group. Crushed material is decanted in aseptic conditions, in gas stream, exhausted from crushing step, and pre-packed in aseptic conditions.

EFFECT: target product with improved organoleptic characteristics and increased content of bioactive substances.
