FIELD: canner industry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes raw material straining without solid waste separation and decantation, and mixing of filtrate water with precipitate and solid residue. Said solid residue is obtained after subsequent extraction of biomass of Mortierella elongata micromycete with non-polar extractant according to claimed order. Further decantation is carried out again and filtrate water is mixed with extract obtained after the first extraction of the same biomass with non-polar extractant in above-critical state, heated, pre-packed and thermally treated.
EFFECT: target product of improved color stability and exfoliating resistance during all guaranteed storage time.
