SUBSTANCE: one should carry out clinico-roentgenological testing in a patient, evaluate both degree and direction of patient's body decompensation after operation, evaluate safety degree of the function of vertebral departments, evaluate the chance for misbalance selfcorrection in frontal and sagittal planes, create the program of isometric exercises to remove misbalance. Patient should remove body misbalance in the above-mentioned frontal and sagittal lanes under the control of a plumb and patient's mirror image, perform isometric tension of corresponding body muscles, continue the program of isometric tensions both in standing position and at walking process till the formation of new stereotype of balanced body position. The innovation shortens terms of rehabilitation and improves patient's quality of life.
