FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: one should cover hepatic wound surface with a fragment of greater omentum, suture the stump at simultaneous fixation of omentum to the wound surface. Moreover, one should apply P-shaped hemostatic suture, perform puncture in at hepatic diaphragmatic surface at further puncture out at the wound surface being above median line through omentum, perform puncture in through omentum being below median line at puncture out on hepatic visceral surface, perform puncture in on visceral surface at puncture out at wound surface through omentum being below median line, perform puncture in through omentum being above median line at puncture out at hepatic diaphragmatic surface. Every next suture overlaps the former one for one third. The method enables to avoid blood and biliary suffusion into abdominal cavity.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
