FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has lock body having base, two sidewalls and cover mounted on its upper side, and hemostatic tourniquet. The tourniquet is detachably connected to the lock body or is connectable to the lock body by means of fixing shoe. The fixing shoe is introduced in posterior side between partition and cover. The other free end of the tourniquet directed or to be directed, with loop being formed, is placed between cross-beam and partition placed under the cross-beam. The free end is pressed with the cross-beam against anterior partition segment connected to the lock body. The partition has spring segment apart from it and acting upwards to lift the fixing shoe on its internal region and press, when introduced, against check rest member with its upper back side. The check rest member is fixed on the lock body. The fixing shoe is kept with posterior holding member and/or anterior holding member engageable with mate member or counterpart of the lock body from being removed in backward movement. It is detachable by pressing its back part.
