FIELD: wood-working industry, applicable for production of blank from wood with different preset properties.
SUBSTANCE: the method includes impregnation of board blanks by a modifying agent, drying by means of warming in a vacuum with a simultaneous pressing, warming of board blanks is accomplished by metal plates heated to a temperature up to 200 deg, installed from top and from the bottom of each layer of board blanks, and by a stepped increase of the pressing force from 0 to 10 Mpa, being in direct correlation dependence from the growth of the temperature of the mentioned metal plates and by a simultaneous stepped increase of the depth of vacuum up to 43 kPa. The device has a sealed capacity provided with a clamping plate with a bulk drive located in the upper part of the mentioned sealed capacity, means for delivery of the modifying agent, means for creation of vacuum, means for heating, the bulk drive is made in the form of a loose sealed volumetric element - bellows mounted above the movable pressing plate.
EFFECT: produced dry board blanks of the preset moisture content with a enhanced density and the required quality; simplified construction of the device for realization of the claimed method, simplified construction.
