FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises supercharger for supercharging a water-cooled heat engine with air through the heat exchanger. The water flow is distributed with a tree-stroke by-pass valve among the heat exchanger and air radiator blown with air supplied by the fan and flowing through rotating deflectors. The supercharging air temperature sensor is mounted in the pipeline for air charging between the heat exchanger and heat engine for control of two actuators, one of which is connected with the valve and the other is connected with the deflector. The shaft of the fan is connected with the shafts of two same asynchronous motors with phase rotors whose stator windings are connected with the AC generator which is set in rotation from the shaft of the heat engine. The rotor windings of the asynchronous motor are connected in series with the rectifier whose output is connected with a thermoelectric cooler. The stator of one of asynchronous motors is rotatable and is connected with the drive.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of heat engine and reduced fuel consumption.
