FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed automatic microprocessor temperature control system of heat machine coolants contains engine loaded by generator to which fan drive is connected. Three-way bypass device is installed in pipeline between water-to-air heat exchanger and second radiator. Second three-way bypass device is connected with input of first pump, and water pipeline at input of first radiator is connected to output of second radiator. First bypass device is installed in pipeline between oil pump and water-to-oil heat exchanger, being connected with its output. Output of water-to-oil heat exchanger is connected with input of water-to-air heat exchanger. Water temperature transmitter is connected with fan drive through microprocessor controller and first control unit. Oil temperature transmitter is connected with drive of distributing valve of second three-way bypass device through microprocessor controller and third control unit. Supercharging air temperature transmitter is connected with drive of distributing valve of first three-way bypass device through microprocessor controller and fourth control unit. Outside air temperature transmitter is connected to fourth input of microprocessor controller. Second control unit of engine is connected to engine and to fifth input of microprocessor controller. Fifth control unit of generator is connected to generator and to fourth output of microprocessor controller.
EFFECT: provision of higher quality of control of water, oil and supercharging air temperatures.
