FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: device has receiving-measuring modules of signals from phase radio-navigation system, pulse-phase radio-navigation system, and satellite radio-navigation systems. Threshold blocks are connected to said modules. Outputs of threshold blocks are connected to signal inputs of output data transfer block, meant for transferring output data along data channel, connecting device to center of radio-wave earthquake prediction. Device also has supporting frequency and time signals generator, control input of which is connected to output of block for time scales adjustment, and output - to supporting inputs of said modules, threshold blocks and output data transfer block, and also to check connection input of time scales adjustment block, supporting input of which is connected to synchronization output of module for receiving and evaluating satellite radio-navigation systems signals.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
