FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used to determine earthquake symptoms. Proposed system, at least, one SLW transmitting device and, at least, two, receiving devices. Every SLW transmitting device consists of oscillator, power amplifier and transmitting aerial, all connected in series. At least, two receiving devices are arranged on one line, each consisting of receiving aerial and signal amplifier. Note here that proposed system comprises additionally the RF earthquake forecast center with modem, while receiving device comprises filter, amplitude metre unit, phase metre unit and reference signal and time generator.

EFFECT: increased reliability of forecast.
