FIELD: short-time predictions. SUBSTANCE: crossing paths are formed in seismic-dangerous area. Three and more signals with different frequencies are transmitted and received at 3-30 kHz range, which have integral number of phase cycles and time- and phase-synchronized. Paths with abnormal phase shifts are separated which have no less than two crosses with the paths at which abnormal phase shifts are detected. Area of future earthquake is predicted according to circuit of channels for communicating with measuring-computing systems and earthquake prediction center. The last one has receiver-detector and data processing and control unit. EFFECT: improved precision. 2 cl, 1 dwg
