FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has handle, produced as tube-like member. The tube-like member has head member provided with collet chuck attachment for holding bobbin body. A spool is available in the bobbin. The spool has dead hole on one end. Slots are available on hole walls to come in engagement with mating shaft slots. The shaft introduced into head member is set in rotation with gear drive. The drive is mounted in the tube-like member and is controlled by tube-like member drum rotation. The cylindrical bobbin body has concave external surface having longitudinal window. The window is made in the wall for introducing the fixing matrix ribbon. The spool has longitudinal through slot for locating the fixing matrix ribbon. Unit for controlling the collet chuck attachment for holding bobbin body is mounted outside of the head member. The spool is rotatable relative to bobbin body. The bobbin body has an additional longitudinal window in the wall opposite to the first window. Both windows are formed as slit starting from bobbin end face for giving way for the fixing matrix ribbon end to go out. The ribbon is placed in longitudinal through spool slot through the additional window. The unit for controlling the collet chuck attachment is designed as flat spring having one end fixed on the tube-like member and the other one being connected to the collet chuck attachment.
