FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tube 12 ending in head member 18 provided with slot 12 for matrix ribbon 22 to be inserted. Matrix ribbon 22 is central loop having flat leveled ends 34 and 36. Ends 34 and 36 have at least one wedge 48 turned with its narrowing end towards movable longitudinal member 14 placed near head member 18 and hole 30 engageable with spring-loaded rod 44. Rod 44 is mounted on the end of member 14 facing head member 18 and being engageable with wedge 48. In rotating adjustment handle 20, dentist moves member 14 by means of shaft 16 mounted on thread covering at least a part of internal surface of tube 12. Matrix ribbon 22 is pulled into slot 42 and tightens around the tooth. EFFECT: reliable fastening tissues under varies conditions. 3 cl, 2 dwg
