FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has head member, neck member and trochanteric region having rod-like diaphyseal part. Longitudinal recess is available on lateral trochanteric region side, having rest segment mounted on axle inside and spring-loaded with flat spring attached to recess bottom. Screw is available in proximal part of the trochanteric region near the neck member base to enable segment to deviate outwards in head axis and be fixed.
EFFECT: high fixation stability; enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
