FIELD: medicine; orthopaedics and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: endoprosthesis accommodates a hip component, a head, a neck, a leg with a pin, trochanteric and end portions and fixation elements comprising longitudinal flat springs fixed by the ends by regular polyhedron perimetre and equispaced from an axial pin in opposite surfaces of trochanteric and end portions of the leg to form the leg outline. The axial pin is provided with a disk in the midsection to prevent spring deflection towards the pin cavity. The distal end of the axial pin is threaded, while the proximal end contains a faceted flange and a foundation rm. The trochanteric portion is provided with a buried hole for the axial core. The end portion includes a threaded hole for the distal end of the axial pin which is rotatable. The trochanteric and end portions are approaching. The springs are deflected ectad.
EFFECT: improved fixation degree of the endoprosthesis leg ensured by its contact to femur along the full length of intramedullary canal.
