FIELD: chemical and other industries, devices for treatment of air.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of devices for treatment of the air and ensures a local amplification of an electrostatic field at feeding of the liquid medium polluted by aerosol particles for action on it by an electrostatic field with the high local variations of amplitude and a direction. The volumetric generator of a random electrostatic field with a local amplification for action on the liquid medium polluted by aerosol particles by an electrostatic field with a large-degree of variations of the local amplitude and orientation contains a module with the induced electrostatic field and consisting of the porous dielectric material, two porous electrodes with an electrostatic induction, a source of electric current, a radiant of a current flow, a means for inflation of the liquid medium. The electrostatic module consists of the three-dimensional net-type system having at least in separate places a three-dimensional periodicity (or pseudo-periodicity) at least in three directions. Each net of the system consists of a salient outside a unit cell and concave inside the unit cell, with a pit in its center for formation of a compact empty volume of a unit cell, that is with the cross dimensions of one order in three directions. It is preferable, that the net consists of sets of physically and electrically interconnected ribs and is made in the form of a dodecahedron. The generator is used for the air filtration also in chemical industry.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the air filtration from aerosol impurities with the help of local amplification of an electrostatic field in chemical and other industries.
