FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to make articles in industrial and civil construction. The autoclaved ash-foam concrete is obtained from a mixture containing, wt %: portland cement 26.36-31.1, nepheline sludge ground to specific surface area of 430 m2/kg 6.05-7.62, ground unslaked lime 4.05-5.15, sand 19.36-20.00, ash from burning coal 19.36-20.00, protein-based foaming additive 0.27-0.28, water 19.71-20.59, wherein said sand and said ash are in form of an ash-sand sludge with density of 1.6 kg/l, which is obtained by combined grinding thereof to specific surface area of 320 m2/kg.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties, specifically reduced dry shrinkage and sorption moisture of articles.
