FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used to make articles in industrial and civil construction. The autoclave foam-ash concrete is made from a mixture which contains cement, lime, sand in form of sludge, ash in form of sludge, a foaming additive and water. The cement used is portland cement, the lime is ground unslaked lime and the ash is from burning coal. The said and the said ash are in form of an ash-sand sludge with density of approximately 1.6 kg/l which is obtained through their combined grinding to specific surface area of 310 - 330 m2/kg, with the following ratio of components in wt %: portland cement 20.0-24.71, said lime 8.1-10.30, said sand 19.36-20.00, said ash 19.36-20.00, foaming additive 0.27-0.28, water 28.20-29.42.
EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical and environmental characteristics: higher coefficient of vapour permeability, capacity of the material to absorb ions of heavy metals.
