FIELD: non-destructive control techniques.

SUBSTANCE: device has antennae block in form of two constructively connected antenna, one of which is connected to output of high-frequency signals generator, and other - to input of receiver of high-frequency signals, antennae block position coordinates sensor, made in form of emitter and receiver of infrared spectrum, mounted between two screen plates, block for collection and processing of data, connected to output of high-`1f signals receiver and output of infrared range receiver, block with coordinate mesh for positioning on surface of probed construction, antennae are mounted above conducting screen and between them two screen plates are positioned, connected to conducting screen. Each antenna can e made in form of disk vibrator, connected to coaxial cable and at portion of coaxial cable, positioned between disk vibrator and conductive screen, ferrite rings are mounted. Also, half of disks can be screened by absorbing stripes and absorbing screens.

EFFECT: higher precision, higher efficiency, broader functional capabilities.
