FIELD: food processing industry, in particular manufacturing of sugar dragee.
SUBSTANCE: claimed formulation contains granulated sugar, powdered sugar, treacle, and natural flavor. Also it contains pantohematogen, ascorbic acid, iron sulfate, medicative plant extracts, such as dogrose extract, blackberry extract, ashberry extract. Recommended rates of dragee consumption (dragee per day) are: 4-6 for children of 4-10 years old, 5-7 for children of 11 years and upwards, and 6-10 for adults, that provides 33-50 % of daily rate of vitamin C and iron consumption. Introduced additive improves confectionary bioavailability and tinctures therapeutic properties thereto.
EFFECT: enhanced sugar dragee assortment; increased preservation degree of raw material bioactive components; target product with improved taste.
