FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with palliative therapy of esophageal tumor for eliminating dysphagia. One should develop a tubular gastric transplant, mobilize the loop of small intestine by a certain technique by keeping the part of gastric bottom at the first short artery and vein, cut a transplant out of the greater curvature of stomach, wait for the appearance of circulatory deficiency area. Then one should cross the stomach coming downwards against esophagus being above the area of circulatory deficiency, apply a "side-to-side" anastomosis between esophagus and gastric transplant being above the tumor, apply the "side-to-side" anastomosis between small intestinal transplant and the rest gastric part at the first short gastric artery and vein. The method enables to keep normal passage of food.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
