FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: tubular transplant is formed out of a greater curvature of stomach by saving an esophagus, a lesser curvature of stomach and cardial department of stomach. Left gastric blood vessels should be not crossed. A lesser curvature of stomach and cardia are tightly sutured. Esophagogastroanastomosis is applied. One should apply an anastomosis between a lesser curvature of stomach and horizontal duodenal branch behind a pylorus.
