FIELD: production of alumina, soda and potash; evaporation of solutions in tubular evaporators.
SUBSTANCE: proposed evaporator is provided with pulp circulating pipe and pump, separator with salt crystallization reservoir and circulating pipe at pulp ascending flow, joints for sections of vertical and horizontal pipes in boiling-up pipe, circulating pipe and pump suction pipe, pipe line connecting the cone of salt crystallization reservoir with pump, two heating chambers: one heating chamber is mounted before pump and other heating chamber is mounted after pump and pipe union with evaporated pulp pipe line. Joint areas of vertical and horizontal pipes in boiling-up pipe, circulating pipe and pump suction pipe are provided with guide blades; pipe line connecting the cone of salt crystallization reservoir with pump is connected to vertical section of pump suction pipe in front of unit provided with guide blades; pipe union with evaporated pulp pipe line is connected to circulating pipe and is communicated with vapor space of separator. Separator with salt crystallization reservoir is mounted on its own foundation.
EFFECT: possibility of performing continuous operation of evaporator; reduced power requirements.
