FIELD: chemical industry; production of the crystallizing evaporators.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the evaporation equipment and may be used for concentration of the crystallizing solutions. The crystallizing evaporator contains: the separator, the circulating pump, the heating chamber, which upper solution chamber is connected to the ebullition pipe and the lower solution chamber is connected by the circulating pipe with the separator bottom. The upper part of the separator is connected with the steam pipe of the small waste tank having the outlet pipe and the drain pipe. The circulating pump of the crystallizing evaporator is made vertical and arranged in the lower solution chamber, the outlet pipe one end is inserted inside the tank and the other end is connected with the lower solution part of the separator, the drain pipe is connected to the small drain tank and the dimensions of the separator below of the operational level of the solution are determined by the following ratio: D2hi.s./Q = 0.0015÷0.060, where D is the crystallizing evaporator diameter of the separator crystallizing evaporator body, m; hi.s. is the spacing interval from the operational level of the solution up to the bottom of the separator, m; Q is the efficiency of the circulating pump, m3/h. Besides the small drain tank is supplied with the inspection glasses and the sluicing pipes, and the outlet pipe, the drain pipe and steam pipe are supplied with the locking devices. On the drain pipe of the locking device there are the mounted fitting pipes for the steam supply equipped with the locking devices. The fitting pipe for supply of the source solution is connected with the annular distributor having the holes or the nozzles directed to the internal walls of the separator. The fitting pipe for supply of the washing water is connected with the annular distributor of the washing water, which has the holes or the nozzles having pinholes or the nozzles directed to the internal walls of the separator. The invention ensures the increased productivity of the crystallizing evaporator with forced circulation due to the increase of the intersprinkling period of its operation, and also prevention of the mass formation of the inlays on the walls of the separator and the drain tank.
