FIELD: vibration apparatus; chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and food-processing industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vibration mixer includes mixing chamber with separate inlets for components, vibration drive, rod with perforated disks secured on it and drain branch pipe. Mixing chamber has open end; it is mounted in intermediate chamber whose upper part has slots and lower part has holes; it is enclosed in drain chamber. Upper disk of mixing chamber is mounted below lower edge of slots of intermediate chamber. Proposed mixer ensures effective mixing, dissolving and grinding various components in form of liquid-to-liquid, gas-to-liquid, liquid-to-solid.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; reduced overall dimensions; reduced power requirements.
