SUBSTANCE: method includes scanning subscriber lines of network during setting of real connection lines for recording event of receiving a signal, matching enabling of automatic number detector of scanned phone, while after connection of caller to called one via common use network presence of query with frequency 500 Hz is recorded from device of called subscriber and activation of device at phone station for sending data about end number of calling subscriber in response to query of end device of called subscriber, and if called subscriber number is considered belonging non-inter-city category, report is formed, including number of called subscriber, as related to device with said function, and also date and time of event, report being recorded in database with access to latter of other phone stations and services of common use telephone network.
