According to first claim: Kdest= KDS ABC abx1x2; according to second claim: Kdest=KDS ABC k,x1 KDS is long-distance code of network; this number does not belong to space of ABC codes; ABC is code of republic, province; ab is code of district (city) which is located in republic, province, or part of code of novel telephone network.
